Sun loungers make the courtyard of the Villa perfect for afternoon relaxation. In the yard there is a dining table for 10 people.

The ground floor of the Villa has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed. The living room and kitchen open with a folding glass door to the pool where you exit directly from the living room. There is also a shared toilet on this floor.

We come up the stairs to the first floor of the Luxury Villa Felicita.

On this floor there are 2 beautiful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms have double beds and the bathrooms are equipped with showers. The spacious terrace is located in front of the bedroom facade, where you will enjoy stunning views of sunrises and sunsets.

On the top floor there is a beautiful apartment with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a living room with a stunning view of the bay. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room can be used as an extra bed for two people.

Luxury Villa Felicita is air conditioned and has Wi - Fi available. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, induction hob, kettle, juicer, oven, blender and coffee maker. The luxurious Villa Felicita also has a washing machine and dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Guests of the Villa Felicita have a baby cot as well as a feeder on request. Private parking is provided within the Villa.
