Korčula was reportedly the home of the beautiful Kerkyra, the heroine of Greek mythology, by whom she was named. The name Corkyra Melaine - Black Korčula indicates the black color of the island, overgrown with pines and cypress trees, because the island is mostly covered with typical Mediterranean vegetation that matches the climate, which is mild and pleasant throughout the year. It is known for its exceptional cultural and historical heritage and its long-standing tradition in navigation, shipbuilding and stone masonry. Moreška is a traditional cavalier game that brings a special vibrancy to the streets of Korčula. It is the most important cultural event in the town of Korčula, which takes place every year.

Villa has three floors: ground floor, first floor and second floor.

The spacious outdoor terrace that extends to the sea has a heated infinity pool, sun loungers, parasol, outdoor shower, barbecue, relaxation and seating area and a dining table for 8 people. There is also a wine cellar, a TV room, a smaller fitness room and a private berth for boats up to 10m away.

Luxury Villa Feodora with pool has 5 rooms of which 2 bedrooms are with king size beds, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 TV room with 140 * 2 m bed and one study room. Three rooms have en suite bathroom with bath and shower; the fourth room has a bathroom with shower.

The cascading stone-lined terrace of the Luxury Villa Feodora with pool enriched with beautiful plants blends in perfectly with the beautiful nature of Korčula Island. The heated infinity pool is perfect for refreshing, and for those looking for sunbathing, poolside lounges are located on the wooden floor.

A poolside shower is also available. If you're in the mood for some relaxing or delicious barbecue food, you can walk a few steps further to the fireplace next to the dining table for 8 people and a comfortable sitting area that gives us a perfect view of the blue Adriatic Sea. Guests can use the mooring for boats up to 10m.

The stone stairs lead to the ground floor of the house where there are two bedrooms with the terrace exit.

One room has queen size bed and en suite bathroom with shower while the other has queen size beds and en suite bathroom with tub and shower.

On this floor there is also a TV room for movie lovers looking for fun and a wine cellar for lovers of good wine.

The stairs go up to the second terrace of the first floor, which has a covered relaxation area with seating and dining table for 8 people.

The first floor consists of a modern living room with an internal fireplace, which gives a rich overall impression of the house and access to a covered terrace with beautiful sea views. There is also a fully equipped exclusive kitchen with a bar and separate fitness room where you can exercise daily.

On the second floor of the villa there are the remaining 2 rooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms with shower and bathtub and a study room with a sofa.

The luxurious Villa Feodora with pool is fully air-conditioned and soundproofed for maximum privacy.

The villa has free wireless internet connection, satellite TV, safe, professionally equipped kitchen, microwave, washing machine and dryer, iron, towels, hairdryers, garden, sitting sets, terrace, balcony, outdoor pool. There is a private parking on the side of the street which provides private and direct access to the villa with magnificent stone staircase. Also, if you come with children you have a baby chair and cot available.
