The most distant Dalmatian island of Vis is famous for its clean sea and the protected waters full of sunken ships and amazing flora and fauna. The entire island of Vis is a historical monument because of its preserved buildings- ruins of the ancient city of Issa, Roman baths, necropolis, villas, churches and Tito's cave. Vis and Komiza are major settlements on the island, nearly 90% of the population of the island lives there. Vis has a rich past, fruit-bearing gastronomy and travel offer. One species of fish – sardines, specially marked the life of fishermen at Vis. Vis is known for its culinary delights - "Vis cake" of sardines and "Vis hlib", delicacy made of figs. What the island of Vis makes special is a clean and beautiful sea, numerous bays, pebble and sandy beaches, hidden bays to which one "comes a little harder." Preserving its beauty, bays are true oasis of peace and perhaps the greatest value of the island offers. Because of the large number of hidden bays Vis is a paradise for boaters. Near one of the bays - Milna bay, its place has found this unique villa. Property of Villa Issa covers an area of 1000 m² and consists of two residential buildings: main (250 m²) and smaller house (50 m²).

The main residential luxury Villa Issa consists of two floors: the ground floor and the first floor, while the smaller house just has the ground level.

Luxury Villa Issa has in total 5 bedrooms, 10 beds, 5 bathrooms and is a suitable accommodation for 10 people.

The ground floor of the Villa is designed for daily socializing.

This area is full of daylight and it has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with table and chairs, living room with sofa, LCD TV, CD and DVD players, inner fireplace, living room and dining room open into a spacious south oriented terrace equipped with garden furniture. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed, a storage room and a bathroom with shower.

The second floor of the Villa can be accessed in two ways:

direct entrance on the north side of the Villa and the internal staircase, which is connected to ground floor. 

This floor is intended for rest and sleep.

On this floor there are 3 comfortable and well-equipped bedrooms with accompanying bathrooms with shower or bath tub.

One of the rooms consists of a double bed measuring 2m x 1, 40 m, LCD satellite TV, and infallible sea view. The other bedroom has a double bed measuring 2m x 1,80m, LCD satellite TV and French balcony overlooking the sea, while the third bedroom in its composition has a bed size 2m x 2m, LCD satellite TV and terrace with outdoor seating furniture sea view.

Another, smaller residential part of this magnificent Villa is only few steps away from the main building. 

This house is also charming Dalmatian house decorated in Mediterranean style. It consists of one bedroom furnished with a double bed and a small bunk bed for a child, bathroom with shower, and fully equipped summer kitchen and dining area with table and chairs.

The summer kitchen has an essential element of every Dalmatian house – barbecue, where you can prepare tasty grilled specialties.

In addition to beautiful, sunny, stone, gravel, wood and shaded terraces and balconies that this Villa features, there is also a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, measuring 7m * 3m * 1.60m, located at the bottom of the Villas property, near the sea. Around the pool there are sun loungers, parasols and outdoor sitting furniture where you can enjoy refreshments throughout the day and a glass of wine in the evening hours.

Next to the pool is an outdoor shower.

Property of the Villa is full of small gardens planted with native and Mediterranean plants, which give this sea beauty picture of a small green oasis. Guests are free to have seasonal vegetables from the garden, and prepare them, along with other delicacies, on a nearby barbecue.

Only a few meters away, by narrow and landscaped trail, you come to a small, paved beach with a pier and steps for easier access to the sea, only for the guests of the villa Issa.

Luxury Sea Side Villa Issa is fully air-conditioned. It is equipped with LCD SAT TV, CD and DVD players and Internet access. It has a fully equipped kitchen with stove (2), oven, dishwasher, egg boiler, kettle, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge and freezer, blender, toaster. There are also iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer, hair dryer and safe. Baby cot is available on request and guests can use pre-paid mobile phone in case of an emergency call. The Villa also offers trampoline for children, table tennis, bicycle (2) and canoes.

Villa has 4 sheltered and 2 outdoor parking spaces, and pier for the boat up to 10m.

Every day, fresh bakery products are delivered to the Villa.
