Luxury Villa Marina 1 is a modern, newly built villa with an indoor heated pool of 25 m2 located in a small place called Marina near Trogir. It is located 150 m from the beautiful pebble beach and 300 m from the center.

Trogir, a city under UNESCO protection, is located in the center of Dalmatia, on the Adriatic coast. The proximity of Split airport (5 kilometers) and the proximity of the highway (only 15 kilometers) make Trogir and the surrounding ports and islands an unavoidable destination during your visit to Dalmatia. Due to its position and natural protection, its port is a favorite destination for boaters around the world. Numerous sights are located within a radius of only a few hundred kilometers from Trogir, such as the cities of Dubrovnik, Sibenik and Zadar, as well as some of the most beautiful Croatian national parks.

Luxury Villa Marina 1 with heated indoor pool (25m2) covers an area of 380 m2 of living space and is located on a property with a total area of 800 m2.

The villa consists of three floors, basement, ground floor and first floor, connected by internal stairs.

Luxury Villa Marina 1 consists of a spacious terrace with a lawn where guests have sun loungers and outdoor furniture, while in the courtyard there is an outdoor dining table, a barbecue and a children’s playground with a trampoline.

Luxury Villa Marina 1 offers a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with an LCD TV and a comfortable corner sofa, and 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 2 with a shower and 2 with a bathtub.

The villa also has a gym and sauna and 2 toilets and 2 additional showers for sauna and gym.

Arriving at the property of the luxury Villa Marina 1, climbing the stairs, we come to the outdoor terrace where guests have at their disposal a comfortable sofa and deck chairs. This place will become a perfect oasis of relaxation for every guest of the luxury villa while enjoying spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea and its coast.

In the carefully maintained courtyard of the villa, guests have at their disposal a stone wood grill for the preparation of Dalmatian delicacies and a dining table for 8 people. If you are traveling with your kids, there is also a lawn with a children's playground with a trampoline, a play house and an electric car.

Large sliding walls that allow a large amount of daylight connect the outdoor terrace with the ground floor of the luxury villa Marina 1, where you can find a spacious living room with a large seating area, LCD satellite TV with Netflix streaming and a fireplace.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an island in which the preparation of many delicacies will be a real pleasure. There is also a dining table for 10 people. 

What makes this villa stand out is certainly the beautiful indoor heated pool (25 m2) surrounded by deck chairs and seating. Additional charm is given by the ceiling lighting, which leaves you with the impression of an enchanting starry sky that will surely make your stay magical. There is also a large LCD TV as well as an additional toilet and shower.

We climb the internal stairs to the first floor, where there are 4 bedrooms, 

3 of which have a king-size bed, and one 2 single beds that can be combined into one twin bed.

All rooms are fully air conditioned, equipped with LCD TV with private bathrooms with shower or bathtub. Each room has a private balcony with seating area, and 3 rooms have a view of the beautiful Adriatic Sea.

In the basement of the villa there is an equipped gym and a sauna for relaxation.

Guests on this floor have at their disposal two additional showers, one next to the sauna and one next to the gym and toilet.

Also there is also an entertainment room with billiards, table football, darts, PlayStation and pinball.

Guests of Luxury Villa have a tavern with a separate entrance at their disposal that can be arranged for guests. The tavern is perfect for small family gatherings, as well as large events.

Luxury Villa Marina 1 is fully air conditioned and has Wi - Fi internet access. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, kettle, juicer, oven, blender and coffee maker. The villa also has an iron and ironing board, as well as a washing machine and dryer. A baby cot and a highchair are available for guests coming with children. Free parking for 3 vehicles.
