Villa Oscar covers an area of 500 m2 and has 230 m2 of living space, which extends over two floors: ground floor and first floor.

The luxury Villa Oscar has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, plus an additional 2 separate bathrooms that are also available.

It can accommodate 6-9 people.

The modern building has an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi ideal for summer fun, a terrace with a seating area, outdoor barbecue and an outdoor dining table, and a sauna and gym.

The courtyard of the villa is an ideal place for group gatherings. 

There are two terraces, the first of which contains a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and various sitting sets, a cabana, a sauna and a gym. The first terrace is connected by a marble staircase to the second terrace with an outdoor fireplace with a dining table that can seat 10 guests.

From the courtyard through the sliding walls you enter the ground floor of the villa and the first thing you will find is a spacious living room. Next to the living room is an eye-catching and modern kitchen with a dining area. The tonalities of colours in the kitchen, coupled with the interior, give a specific sense of comfort.

You reach the first floor by glass steps. 

The first floor has three bedrooms, each individually decorated in its own distinct style.

-- The master room has a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower and bath.

-- The second room also has a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower.

-- The third room has two single beds with en suite bathroom with shower.

All rooms are air-conditioned and have LCD TVs and balconies.

The villa also has a SMART LCD TV in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and ice maker. The villa also has satellite TV, a washing machine, an iron, a sauna and a gym, and a parking space for its guests.
