The villa is located in Promajna only 500 meters from the center and 400 meters from the pebble beach Promajna.

Luxury Villa Promajna Lux 2 is located on a property of 590 m2, of which the living area of 319 m2 extends over 4 floors connected by an internal staircase: ground floor, first floor, second floor, and third floor.

The outdoor area of the villa offers guests an outdoor heated pool of 20 m2 with a waterfall, jacuzzi, sun loungers, outdoor dining table, electric grill, and outdoor shower.

The living space of Luxury Villa Promajna Lux 2 has 4 bedrooms with balcony, 4 en suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, toilet, and a fitness room where there is a modern gym, sauna, and shower.

Arriving at the property of the Luxury Villa Promajna Lux 2 means the beginning of a luxury vacation in magical Dalmatia. 

On the carefully equipped terrace of the villa on the ground floor in the foreground is a pool of 20 m2 with a waterfall near which are comfortable loungers ideal for soaking up the golden Mediterranean sun with your favourite reading and outdoor shower. Near the pool is an outdoor covered dining table for 8 people for those who like meals in the fresh air prepared on an electric grill available to guests.

On the terrace of the last floor of the villa, or on the third floor, there is a jacuzzi that is perfect for relaxing while overlooking the Adriatic Sea. This terrace can be reached from the 4th bedroom and from the internal staircase.

On the ground floor of the villa is a sophisticated fitness room with enough daylight in which there are a modern gym and sauna for maximum detoxification of body and mind. In addition to the fitness room.

A luxurious and minimalist design entrance leads to the first floor of the villa. 

The entire interior of the Luxury Villa is dominated by neutral gray-brown tones which, together with quality furniture, additionally contribute to elegance and comfort. On the first floor is an open light-filled space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 8 people, comfortable corner sofa, and armchair with LCD TV and toilet. In this space, which is separated from the outdoor terrace by a large glass sliding wall, joint preparations of local delicacies and socializing will be a special experience.

The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor, two of which are on the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd floor.

All bedrooms have comfortable king-size beds, en suite bathrooms with shower, LCD TV, and access to the balcony. There are an outdoor table and chairs on each balcony of the Luxury Villa Promajna Lux 2 and will be a favourite place to listen to the sounds of pine trees and crickets after waking up.

The luxurious Villa Promajna Lux 2 is fully air-conditioned and provides free parking and WI-FI. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and kitchen appliances and contains a stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. A washing machine, ironing facilities, and a baby cot and high chair are available on request.
