In the extension are a dining table for 10 people and a fully equipped modern SieMatic kitchen behind the island and high chairs. On this floor, there is the first bedroom that is adapted for people with disabilities. The room is equipped with a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower and has direct access to the outdoor terrace with heated pool. The ground floor also has an additional toilet, dressing room and laundry room with an additional shower.

An internal staircase with a glass railing leads to the first floor where the remaining 4 bedrooms are located. The master bedroom is equipped with 2 double beds for one person, which can be separated or connected. There is an en suite bathroom with an Italian designer bathtub and a shower.
