The villa also has a fully equipped SieMatic kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room with fireplace, laundry room and additional toilet. One bedroom, the one on the ground floor, is adapted for people with disabilities.

On the ground floor and basement of the villa are a sauna, a fully equipped gym, and table football and billiards.
