Luxury Villa Denis is a beautiful and luxury residence situated on one of the prettiest and the most desirable parts of the city of Dubrovnik – Lapad Bay, 90 m from the sea and 1.5 km from the center of the Old Town Dubrovnik.

The villa represents a rich exterior, providing complete privacy, made up of refined and luxurious stone surfaces and high walls, while the amazing lighting of the entire property and residence during dreamy dusk and evenings leaves an impression of a surreal idyll in the lovely surroundings of beautiful greenery.

Luxury Villa Denis consists of 3 floors: the ground floor, the first floor and the second floor.

Luxury has 4 bedrooms with 7 beds, 3 bathrooms and one toilet, and it is suitable accommodation for 7 people.

On the ground floor of the villa, there are a living room, a kitchen and dining room with a table and chairs, and a toilet for guests. In the luxurious living room, you can indulge yourself in pleasant relaxation while listening to music or watching a large LCD TV. The completely equipped kitchen and dining room, laid on beautiful marble, is enriched by the perfect harmony of colours and designer furniture.

Luxury and elegance are also perfectly incorporated, so that the villa gives an impression of royal stature. The dining table has a corresponding number of chairs and overlooks the beautiful greenery, which complement the terrace with its beautiful colours. A glass wall separates the kitchen and dining area from the living section, which makes every room an individual space within the villa and also gives a certain feeling of privacy. Next to the kitchen, there is a small laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

From the ground floor to the first floor, marble stairs will lead you to the beautiful area for rest and relaxation: 

there are 2 rooms with large double beds and separate bathrooms.

The room on the left side has a designer double bed, sitting set for resting and a large oval shaped window, which gives a fascinating view of the sea. In the central part of this floor, there is a modern bathroom with a jacuzzi.

The room on the right side also has a designer double bed with a modernly equipped bathroom with a shower, which additionally exudes an impression of luxury. From this room, there is an exit to the beautiful terrace with sitting furniture. On this terrace, you will experience the beauty of awakening with the scent of the sea, as well as the warm rays of the sun.

On the first floor, there is also a room with a modern and functional sofa that can be stretched out with a remote control and can be used as a bed.

On the second floor of Villa Denis, there is a master bedroom equipped with a double bed, including a modern bathroom with a bathtub and a large oval glass window with a sea view. On this floor, there is also a spacious living room equipped with sofas and LCD TV and a terrace with a beautiful view to the open sea. From the living room, there is an exit to the terrace with a swimming pool.

When entering the property of the villa, there is a beautiful terrace with a sitting set that offers relaxation with a unique view to the open sea. White stone columns nearby form a harmonious external fence. Also, the terrace in the lower outer corner has 3 closed garage spaces. A visual feature, but again a practical architectural part of the villa are the long stairs made from white Brac stone.

They lead to the back of the villa, where it reveals a completely new insight to the Villa – a beautiful private swimming pool (30m2, depth 1,80m) with a waterfall. Facilities that provide fantastic conditions for hedonistic relaxation of all the senses also offer an opportunity for organizing a private cocktail party in the privacy of the rear section of the villa, hidden from public views.

Luxury villa Denis is completely air-conditioned. The villa is equipped with SAT TV LCD TV-s, stereo, CD and DVD devices, Hi-Fi, safe, and Internet access. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove (induction hob for cooking), oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, hood, freezer, microwave, coffee maker with filters, kettle, toaster, blender, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron and table for ironing, additional bed for children, baby feeder, safe, jacuzzi in bathroom, and outdoor sitting set. The villa has 2 closed garage spaces.

The distance from the sea is 90 m; and from the city center of Dubrovnik is 1.5 km.
