Villa is located in Kanica, a small picturesque place near Rogoznica.

Rogoznica is located 8 km from Primosten and 50 km from Split and 30 km from Split Airport. A peaceful and picturesque Mediterranean place will give something completely different from the everyday stress of modern life. The center of Rogoznica is located on a peninsula where mostly old stone houses have been kept, which gives the Rogoznica an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere. Rogoznica is located in a deep bay protected from the wind and has about 54 km long coast with lot of beautiful beaches: pebble, concrete and natural rocky beaches. Rogoznica offers a rich gastronomic heritage and unique natural beauties. Rogoznica, Sevid, Kanica and all other small places near the villa are connected with a bicycle route which appeals to a lot of cyclists and sport enthusiasts.

Residential part of luxury Villa Indigo is spread over two floors: ground floor, first floor and rooftop terrace.

The exterior of the luxurious Villa Indigo consists of a spacious swimming pool, deck chairs. Guests also have at their disposal an outdoor summer kitchen and table for 8 people.

Villa Indigo has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet and can accommodate 8 guests.

The villa extends to 530 m2, of which 150 m2 belongs to the residential part, and extends to two floors:

ground floor and first floor (there is also the roof terrace).

Luxury Villa Indigo is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a swimming pool which also has a jacuzzi, sun loungers, shower and a comfortable seating area. The villa's position provides complete privacy so that guests can enjoy hot summer days with family or friends in a private atmosphere. In the garden there is also a dining area with an outdoor summer kitchen for preparing many delicious meals and an outdoor dining table for 8 people.

Ground floor

From the garden, through the large glass door, you enter the living room, decorated in modern style with shades of neutral colours. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and a large LCD TV. From the living room you go further to the kitchen and dining room. The fully equipped modern kitchen and dining table for 8 people also have access to the villa’s garden. On the ground floor there is also one bedroom with a king size bed, sea view and an en suite bathroom with shower and one guest toilet.

Stairs lead from the ground floor to the first floor where three bedrooms are located. 

All bedrooms have king size beds and sea view; one has en suite bathroom with a shower while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

The roof terrace, connected with stairs with the first floor, has a jacuzzi of 4m2, sauna and sundeck chairs. 

Guests are able to relax on this beautiful terrace while watching the sunset and the beautiful Adriatic Sea.

Luxury Villa Indigo is fully air conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet access. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and espresso machine. The villa also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Parking is available within the villa property.

Distance from the sea is 140 m, and the villa is located 400 m from the center of Kanica and the beach, and it is only 10 km away from the center of Rogoznica.
