Luxury Villa Lucinda is a modern stone villa situated on a cliff next to the sea. It is located in Okrug Donji, on the island of Ciovo, 9.5 km from the center of the historic town of Trogir.

The property of Luxury Villa Lucinda extends over 400 m² and its residential part covers an area of 180 m2.

Luxury Villa Lucinda is spread over two floors: ground floor and first floor.

The outside terrace of the Luxury Villa Lucinda extends over several floors, surrounded by Dalmatian pines, citrus trees and descends from the villa all the way to the sea. Guests can use the outdoor shower, comfortable seating and sunbathing furniture, outdoor table and barbecue.

Luxury Villa Lucinda consists of 2 separate apartments with separate entrances. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living area with a table for 6 people and a living room with sofas, LCD / SAT TV and access to the terrace. Each apartment has one bathroom and two bedrooms, one with double and one with two single beds. In total villa have 4 bedrooms with shared bathroom.

Guests at Villa Lucinda also have a separate laundry with a washer and dryer at disposal.

Luxury Villa Lucinda is located by the sea and guests can enjoy a small private beach equipped with stairs for entry into the sea and a diving board. The beach is hidden on a rocky cliff, surrounded by the shade of pines and offers relaxation in complete privacy under the warm Dalmatian sun. Stone stairs lead to the villa, and on the cascade terraces around the villa there are numerous Mediterranean plants, fragrant lavender and citrus trees. On one of the terraces in front of the villa there is an outdoor shower, sun loungers and a covered area with an outdoor table for 6 people. A few stairs lead to the second stone terrace, frome where you can enter the ground floor of the villa. On this terrace there is also a stone grill where you can prepare many delicious Dalmatian specialties.

From the terrace you are entering the ground floor apartment with a fully equipped kitchen with a table for 6 people and a comfortable living room with sofas and LCD TV. The large glass walls allow every corner of this modern space to be bathed in sunlight while offering breathtaking views of the azure blue sea and surrounding islands. On this floor there is a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with LCD TV. One room has a double bed and the other two single beds.

On the first floor of the Luxury Villa Lucinda is the second apartment, which can be reached by external stairs. The apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen with a table for 6 people and a comfortable living room with sofas and LCD TV. The living room opens onto a sunny outdoor terrace with comfortable seating furniture and magical sea views. Also, this apartment has one bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with LCD TV. The larger room has a double bed and access to an outdoor terrace, while the smaller room has two single beds.

Guests of the Luxury Villa Lucinda also have a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer at their disposal.

Luxury Villa Lucinda is fully air-conditioned and has Wi Fi available. The villa has 2 fully equipped kitchens, with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
