Luxury Villa Aleta with a private pool (32 m2) is located right by the sea, 700 m from the center of Slano and 30 km from the center of Dubrovnik.

The entire Dubrovnik area is known for its picturesque landscapes, rich Mediterranean vegetation, mild climate, and charming settlements. Dubrovnik is an unavoidable destination of the Adriatic in which the bathing season begins in April and lasts until October, thanks to the pleasant climate and more than 250 sunny days a year. The town lies at the foot of the hill Srđ and was named after the oak forest, dubrava. In the past, this area was part of the territory of the Republic of Dubrovnik. With its wealth and diplomacy, the city has achieved an extraordinary degree of development. Getting to know Dubrovnik is not complete without getting to know at least a part of its surroundings. Good land and sea transport connections allow the organization of excellent excursions.

Luxury Villa Aleta spreads over 350 m2 of living space on a property of 400 m2.

The villa consists of three floors: ground floor, first and second floor, connected by internal stairs.

Luxury Villa Aleta features a 32 m2 swimming pool, sun loungers, and a dining table in its backyard.

Luxury Villa Aleta has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms equipped with showers.

Luxury Villa Aleta is ideal for luxury accommodation of 10 + 2 persons.

In the yard of the Luxury Villa Aleta, there is a private pool (32 m2) with a beautiful view of the sea and the city. Comfortable seating and sun loungers make the courtyard perfect for afternoon relaxation. In the yard, there is a dining table for 10 people.

The ground floor  has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room and kitchen are connected to the yard by a glass wall that lets in light and opens up space.

On this floor, there is also a bedroom, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The bedroom has a king-size bed and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower.

Stairs lead to the first floor of the Luxury Villa. 

On this floor, there are 3 beautiful bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, and modernly designed en-suite bathrooms with shower. The spacious terrace is located in front of the two bedrooms, where you will enjoy stunning views of sunrises and sunsets.

On the top floor of the Luxury Villa you will find a beautiful apartment with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a modern kitchen, and a living room open to a large terrace with stunning views of the bay. A large glass wall allows you to go to bed and wake up with a view of the Adriatic.

Also, the sofa bed in the living room can be used as an extra bed for two people.

Luxury Villa Aleta is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi access. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, induction hob, kettle, juicer, oven, blender, and coffee maker. Luxury Villa also has a washing machine and dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. Guests of the Luxury Villa have a baby cot available on request, as well as a feeder. Private parking is provided within the Luxury Villa Aleta.
