Luxury Villa Supetar Aquamarin with heated pool and sauna is located 150m from the beach and 1km from the center of Supetar on the beautiful Dalmatian island of Brac.

The town of Supetar is the perfect combination of beautiful beaches, rich history, beautiful sights and gourmet offerings. Supetar has a lot to offer - from long stone shores, white-flag beaches, international sign for crystal clear sea, to monuments such as St. Peter's Christian Basilica. The city is directly connected by ferry to Split - the second largest Croatian city.

Luxury Villa Supetar Aquamarin has a residential area of 340 m² and it is situated on a 400 m2 property, while the villa itself is spread over three floors: basement, ground floor and first floor.

Luxury Villa consists of a spacious outdoor area with a heated pool and sun loungers and a seating area.

There is also a summer kitchen with barbecue and a large table for 10 people.

The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge with modern LCD TV, 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with shower, sauna and a separate entertaining room.

Luxury Villa Supetar Aquamarin is suitable for comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people.

Surrounded by pine trees, the Luxury Villa Supetar Aquamarin features a tiled terrace complete with fragrant lavender, offering guests complete privacy and comfort. With a heated pool, you can relax on sun loungers or sitting sets, and for a full summer atmosphere there is a summer kitchen with barbecue and a large table for 10 people.

In the basement of the villa there is a relax room with sauna and bathroom with shower and access to one of the terraces, perfect for renewing your mind and body and making your summer vacation perfect. Here guests have at disposal a treadmill.

Also on this floor there is one bedroom with king size with en suite bathroom with shower and LCD TV and an access to outdoor terrace.

The stairs lead up to the ground floor with a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with LCD / SAT TV and a dining table for 8 people that is connected to the outdoor terrace with a swimming pool. The wood burning fireplace and underfloor heating add an extra touch of warmth and comfort to this carefully decorated space.

On this floor is second bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower, LCD TV and access to the outside terrace. For fun with friends and family, the Luxury Villa Supetar Aquamarin also offers an entertainment room with board games, PlayStation 4 and LCD / SAT TV.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. Both rooms have LCD TV and balcony, one overlooking the terrace with pool and the other overlooking the sea.

Luxury Villa Supetar Aquamarin is fully air - conditioned and has Wi - Fi internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped, with stove, oven, hood, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The villa also has an iron, ironing board, washer and dryer. If you come with children you have a high chair and a cot available. Parking is provided for the guests of the Villa.
