Luxury Villa Blue Planet with a private pool (22m2) is located by the sea in a quiet and small village Vinačac on the island of Korcula.

The villa has stairs that lead to the sea and a stone plateau in just a few steps, and is away from the nearby towns of Brno (3km), Blato (13km), Vela Luka (23km) and Korcula (34km).

Vinačac is a place on the south coast of Korcula. The island of Korcula has wide panoramic views, mild Mediterranean climate, clear sea, interesting and rich cultural heritage, various sports, recreation and entertainment facilities and above all kind and hospitable hosts that make it an attractive tourist destination. In general, events in the center of the island around the summer months - the peak of the season - when there are more people around who will enjoy all the festivities. Every capital city is likely to have some kind of mini-festival of "summer evenings", with various events, art exhibitions, folklore evenings, singing, dancing, music, fishing evenings held from about mid-June to September or nearby. The town of Vinačac is away from the nearby towns of Brno (3km), Blato (13km), Vela Luka (23km) and Korčula (34km).

Luxury Villa Blue Planet is spread over a plot of 500m2 with a living area of 166m2 and consists of ground floor and first floor.

Luxury Villa Blue Planet has a 22m2 pool surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower, outdoor seating, outdoor dining area and barbecue and Jacuzzi.

Luxury Villa Blue Planet has a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 3 bedrooms with an en suite bathroom with shower and one additional bathroom with shower.

The courtyard of the Luxury Villa Blue Planet is surrounded by the natural beauty of Mediterranean greenery with a view of the Adriatic Sea and neighboring islands. In the yard, there is a private pool (22m2) which is surrounded by deck chairs and umbrellas for relaxation with a beautiful unusual panoramic view. In addition to the pool, there is an outdoor shower for cooling at all times. A special feature of the yard is the outdoor dining area to enjoy the delicacies prepared on the outdoor fireplace.

The ground floor of the Luxury Villa Blue Planet occupies a fully equipped living room with a large corner sofa and a TV for relaxing with your favourite facilities. Also, an equipped kitchen with an island and a dining table with chairs and one bathroom with a shower are part of this floor. The special feature of this floor is the room where the Jacuzzi is located for maximum relaxation along the sliding doors from which there is a beautiful view.

Entrance to the ground floor is also possible directly from the courtyard with a swimming pool thanks to the sliding doors.

The first floor of the Luxury Villa Blue Planet can be entered through an external door or internal stairs from the ground floor. This floor is occupied by 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with shower, wardrobe, safe and private balcony with seating area overlooking the sea.

Rooms at the Luxury Blue Planet Villas are fully air conditioned, offering free WI-FI and LCD TVs. The kitchen contains a toaster, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, hob, freezer. Also, guests have at their disposal a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board. The rooms of the Villa are equipped with 3 baby cots and 1 baby feeder. Guests have free parking on the property of the villa.
