Luxury Villa Elana is a luxurious, modern and exclusive villa with a swimming pool, located on a small island of the Elafite archipelago - Kolocep. It is situated only 3 km away by boat from the city walls of Dubrovnik! The villa is located 1 m from the crystal clear sea and 1 km from the center of the place of Koločep.

Kolocep is a tiny island with only 2.35 km² surface located on the west side of the world famous city of Dubrovnik, is one of thirteen islands that make up the Elafiti Islands, also known as Deer Islands (Gr. elafos). Green Island, with ancient pine trees, carobs, olive groves, gardens full of orange and lemon, beautiful beaches, and a large, fragrant park, is one of the favourite resorts of Dubrovnik. On the island, there is no traffic, no cars, and the only connection between two villages situated on the eastern and southern sides of the island is a winding path through olive groves and gardens. Property of the luxury Villa Elana with pool covers an area of 1600 m², and the villa itself occupies 430 m².

Luxury Villa Elana with pool consists of three floors: the ground floor, the first floor and the second floor.

Villa has 4 bedrooms, 8 beds, 3 bathrooms and is suitable accommodation for 8 adults and 1 child (including extra bed).

Villa Elana with pool is situated by the sea, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, pine trees and olive groves that guarantee privacy and tranquility. Access to the villa is possible only by boat, yacht or ferry that connect Dolne with Dubrovnik.

The villa has been carefully designed and built with impeccable style. Special attention was paid to every detail, and its position ensures plenty of sun and shade, so during the day you can freely enjoy all the benefits of this island and villa. 

The interior of this luxury villa is designed beautifully and the large, spacious rooms that reflect the times past are equipped with high quality antique furniture.

A separate entrance leads to the ground floor of the villa, where you will find a fully equipped gym.

On this floor, there is also a stylishly decorated bedroom with a double bed and an en suite modern bathroom with a shower. A large glass door to the furnished terrace and garden connects the bedroom.

The main entrance to the villa is located on the north side and leads to the first floor of this unique beauty. Here, you will find a completely equipped and modern kitchen, and a spacious dining room with table and chairs. This area is separated by a glass wall from the south-oriented spacious terrace, furnished with comfortable chairs, so you can relax and enjoy the sea view.

The dining room is connected to a discreet living room with leather sofas, antique furniture and the latest technology, LCD TV and DVD player. The living room has access to one more, east-oriented, terrace with comfortable seating furniture and access to the garden.

The first and the second floor of the villa are connected by an internal staircase, which takes you into the oasis of your dreams. On this floor, there are 3 bedrooms, and one of them is a master bedroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and an en suite modern bathroom. An essential part of this room is the balcony with a panoramic view of the sea and the rocky beach.

The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a north-oriented terrace with outdoor seating furniture. This terrace has a view of the natural surroundings of this mystical island. The third bedroom has a double bed. It is south-oriented and has a view of the sea and the beach. The latter two bedrooms share a modern bathroom.

Besides the beautiful, sunny as well as shady terraces and balconies that this villa offers, a beautiful outdoor swimming pool has a great and indispensable role. The pool is located at the bottom of the estate, near the sea. It is equipped with sun chairs, sun umbrellas and outdoor seating furniture where you can enjoy refreshments through the day; and in the evening, a glass of wine. Next to the pool, there is also an outdoor shower.

Only a few meters away, along the narrow trail, you will find a small, comfortable, paved beach equipped with sun chairs and stairs to enter the sea, which are accessible only for the guests of the villa.

Luxury Villa Elana with pool is fully air-conditioned. It is equipped with LCD SAT TV, DVD player, and wireless Internet access. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer, iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer. A cot and high chair for children are available upon request. It has a gym, outdoor pool, garden sitting furniture, sun chairs, sun umbrellas and a private beach for guests.
