The luxurious Villa Elegance with its large outdoor heated swimming pool is situated in the embrace of a gentle nature near the crystal clear sea in Duboka bay, which belongs to the authentic Milna island of Brač.

The luxury villa Elegance, with its modern lines and large swimming pool, gives you the atmosphere of luxury and comfort that you desire. Villa Elegance is located 60m from the sea and 70m from the center of Duboka bay and only 2 km from the center of Milna on the island of Brač.

The island of Brač, known for its olive oil, fish, lamb and the famous Brač stone, from which is made even the White House in Washington and Diocletian's Palace in Split, with its rich gastronomic offer and magnificent nature, makes it an ideal choice for a divine holiday. The surrounding area of the villa is recognizable by its crystal clear sea, ideal conditions for diving, sailing, fishing, frequent and fast connection to the land. The beauty of the surrounding beaches and secluded coves in the shade of pine trees is an additional guarantee of an unforgettable vacation away from the noise and stress of modern life.

The luxurious Villa Elegance is located on a 350 m2 property and provides an area of 200 m2.

The villa is spread over 2 floors: ground floor and first floor connected by marble stairs.

Luxury Villa Elegance has 4 bedrooms; 3 bedrooms have king beds and en suite bathrooms with shower while the 4th bedroom has 1 single bed and a sofa that can be used as a comfortable double bed. This room also has an en suite bathroom with shower.

Villa Elegance also has a guest toilet with a laundry room on the ground floor.

Within their property they also found a large outdoor heated pool (40m2 - 10m * 4m) and a Dalmatian outdoor barbecue.

The villa also has a private a boat mooring for smaller boat.

The luxurious Villa Elegance is ideal for comfortable accommodation for 7 + 2 people.

Upon arrival, you will feel comfortable in the embrace of a touch of luxury and original stone.

The whole property is surrounded by dry walls that provide privacy and a touch of original Brač ambience.

In a separate part of the property there is a large heated pool (40m2 - 10m * 4m). Around the pool there are deck chairs and sets for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The outdoor dining set offers the opportunity to enjoy the tasting of Dalmatian specialties on the outdoor grill. After dinner, relax with a table tennis party which is also available to guests of Villa Elegance.

From the courtyard of the Villa Elegance through several glass walls you enter the air-conditioned ground floor of the villa, which contains a fully equipped modern kitchen, a comfortable lounge area with sofas for lounging with LCD satellite TV.

On this floor there is also a room with 1 bed for 1 person, a sofa that can be pulled out and used as a comfortable double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower.

The marble stairs ground floor is connected to the second floor of the villa where you will find 3 rooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms with shower. Exactly in this part of the villa you will surely enjoy while you are bathed in the sun. The view of the pool and the azure blue Adriatic Sea will delight even the most discerning guests.

The luxurious Villa Elegance is fully air-conditioned and equipped with LCD satellite TV in the living room and in the bedroom on the ground floor. The villa has wireless internet. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, freezer and electric kettle. The luxurious Villa Elegance also has a washing machine and ironing facilities. If you are coming with children we have a cot and a baby feeder at our disposal. Private parking and a boat mooring for a smaller boat are included in the offer. If you want to enjoy an active holiday there is 1 kayak, 1 sup board and 2 bikes available. During your stay, you are at the disposal of the villa manager.
