Villa Mare is located in the small town of Orebic, situated on the Peljesac peninsula, well known for its numerous sea captains. It is placed right on the coast of the beautiful crystal clear sea (1 m away), 400 m from the center of the town of Orebic and it has a salt water pool.

Villa Mare is a beautiful stone house with a great position right on the coast. It is a perfect example of a traditional Mediterranean style building. This extraordinary house is witness to the beautiful combination of local stone and wood, which is exquisitely incorporated in every room of the villa. The crown beauty of this villa is certainly the colourful and fragrant yard area, rich in palm trees, rosemary, lavender and magnificent hibiscus flowers.

Villa Mare consists of the ground floor, the first floor and the second floor.

It has 4 bedrooms, with 7 (+2) beds, 3 bathrooms and is suitable accommodation for 7 - 9 people.

The ground floor of Villa Mare includes a spacious living room with fireplace, a professional fully equipped kitchen with a lovely dining area and a bathroom with a shower. The living area has two accesses to the spacious Mediterranean yard, rich in aromatic herbs. The yard has a gazebo equipped with dining furniture and an outdoor grill that will introduce you to the world of Dalmatian cuisine.

The first floor of the villa is reachable by a spiral wooden staircase. This area has one single and two double air-conditioned bedrooms, a smaller central lounge with SAT LCD TV and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower.

On the second floor of the villa, there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed. There is also a modernly equipped bathroom with a separate bathtub. From the bedroom window, you can enjoy the enchanting view of the sea. In this large area, there is a possibility of placing an extra bed.

Villa Mare is completely covered in lush vegetation. A significant area of this property is certainly its spacious garden, rich in diverse Mediterranean vegetation and equipped with dining garniture and deck chairs.

Another main feature of the villa is its salt water swimming pool.

The yard of Villa Mare will surely make a great impression with its charming and comfortable ambient, and will completely enchant you with its beautiful atmosphere, views, scents and sounds of nature. From the courtyard of Villa Mare, you have the sea and the islands of this great archipelago right at your footstep.

Villa Mare is situated directly on the beach, where you can relax and engage yourself in many summer activities and commit yourself completely to the charms of summer. The beach is equipped with deck chairs and sun umbrellas.

The Villa Mare is completely air-conditioned. It is equipped with heated floors, fireplace, satellite LDC TV, HI-FI, DVD, Internet access, a professional and fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, massage chair, garden furniture, beach chairs and sitting furniture, fireplace, outdoor grill, and baby cots and feeders are available upon request, as well as extra sleeping beds. The villa also has private parking for its guests.
