Villa "Mary" is a wonderful house with a swimming pool, decorated in a gentle style for a romantic getaway, located 9 km from the city of Rogoznica (Central Dalmatia).

Villa Mary is an old stone house that was completely renovated in 2016 into a beautiful villa. Only the best materials were used in the construction. The owners have tried to decorate the house with a cozy chic for a comfortable stay.

The interior of the house is thought out to the smallest detail, there are many nice items that will make your stay pleasant and unforgettable.

The house is located in a quiet place, there are only a few houses nearby. This is a place where you can completely relax in the bosom of nature and where no one will disturb your rest.

The area of the villa is 85 m2.

The villa has 2 bedrooms + a gallery with a double bed, 2 bathrooms, a swimming pool.

Suitable for 6 people.

In the House:

- a very cozy space, where there is an equipped kitchen, a dining table and chairs, a sofa.

From this room there is access to the terrace to the pool.

In the same room, small steps lead to the gallery, where there is a double bed.

The territory of the villa is 700 m2.

Villa "Mary" is surrounded by a well-groomed garden with olive trees. Terraces (170 m2) extend around the whole house, where sun loungers are located.

In front of the house there is a swimming pool (9 m x 3, 20 m), in the pool there is a bench with a Jacuzzi.

Also on the territory of the villa there is a cozy corner, veranda with a fireplace-grill and a large wooden table where you can try cooking delicious Dalmatian dishes.
