Luxury Villa Promajna Lux 1 is located on a property of 593 m2 of which the living area of 305 m2 extends over 4 floors connected by an internal staircase: ground floor, first floor, second floor and third floor.

The outdoor area of the villa offers guests an outdoor heated pool of 20 m2 with a waterfall, jacuzzi, sun loungers, gas grill and outdoor shower.

Luxury Villa Promajna Lux 1 is ideal for luxury accommodation of 8 people.

On the terrace of the last floor of the villa, or on the third floor, is a jacuzzi perfect for relaxing overlooking the Adriatic Sea. 

This terrace can be reached from the 4th bedroom and from the internal staircase.

On the ground floor of the villa is a sophisticated fitness room with enough daylight in which there is a gym and sauna for maximum detoxification of body and mind. In addition to the fitness room, on the ground floor of the Luxury Villa Delight I there is 1 bedroom with a balcony.

Luxurious and minimalist design entrance leads to the first floor of the villa. The entire interior of the Luxury Villa Promajna Lux 1 is dominated by neutral gray-brown tones which, together with quality furniture, additionally contribute to elegance and comfort.

On the first floor is an open light-filled space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 8 people, comfortable corner sofa and armchair with LCD TV and toilet. In this space, which is separated from the outdoor terrace by a large glass sliding wall, joint preparations of local delicacies and socializing will be a special experience.

The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor, two of which are on the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd floor. All bedrooms have comfortable King size beds, en suite bathrooms with shower, LCD TV and access to the balcony. Each balcony of the Luxury Villa has an outdoor table and chairs and will be a favourite place to listen to the sounds of pine trees and crickets after waking up.

Luxury Villa is fully air conditioned and provides free parking and WI-FI. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and kitchen appliances and contains a stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. A washing machine, ironing facilities and a baby cot and high chair are available on request.
