The villa has a fully equipped SieMatic kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room with fireplace, dressing room, laundry and additional toilet. One bedroom, ie the one on the ground floor, is a disability access bedroom.

In the basement of the villa is a sauna, a fully equipped gym, table football and billiards.
