Luxury Villa with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, as well as a wellness oasis with a sauna, gym, and a meditation/entertainment room is situated in Stanici, near the town of Omis, which has beautiful sandy beaches suitable for small children. The villa is located near the sea, only 190 m from the beaches. The villa is 150 m from the city center of Stanici, 5 km from Omis and 25 km from Split.

The luxurious Villa Happiness is located on a 1000 m2 property and has 400 m2 of living space,extending over 3 floors: ground floor, first and second floor.

Villa is fully equipped with all modern technology and devices, and its property is especially proud of the large pool with a system of hydrolysis of 35 m2, Jacuzzi for 6 people, a wellness oasis containing a sauna for 4 people, a meditation room. bathroom with shower and relaxation, smaller fitness and recreation room.

Villa has 4 rooms with en suite bathrooms, one guest toilet, a mono-volume living area with a large fully-equipped kitchen, part living and lounge area.

The villa is suitable for luxury accommodation of 8 + 2 persons.

On the ground floor, Villa Happiness opens the door to your wellness area where you can enjoy and relax in the sauna, meditation room, custom massages and exercise in the fitness room equipped with exercise, stretching and boxing equipment. This section also features a gameroom with a bar, table football, and SAT-Smart TV.

The stone steps connect the ground floor to the first floor, in the central part of the villa, which has a fully equipped kitchen with an island and 2 bars, a dining room with a large dining table, a living room with a sofa bed and SAT SMART TV. There is also a guest toilet in this section. This spacious living area with all its southern glass walls is connected to its main terrace. The main terrace is filled with a large hydrolysis pool, 6-person Jacuzzi, lounge sets, sun loungers and dining sets. There is also a barbecue for storing all Dalmatian specialties.

There are 4 luxury rooms on the second floor of Villa Happiness. The master room is comfortable with an en suite bathroom with a shower and bath. The master room also has a walk-in wardrobe. The other 3 rooms have en suite bathrooms with showers. All rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with SAT-Smart TVs, and have a private terrace that offers beautiful views of the sea and islands in the distance.

The luxurious Villa Happiness is fully air-conditioned. Villa has satellite TV in all rooms, living room and in the game room, WI-FI Internet. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a wine fridge, 4-hob cooker, oven, hood, fridge with freezer, icemaker and cold water, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee / cappuccino, juicer, toaster, blender, mixer, fondue set and cutlery.
