Villa Gracia is located directly on the beach, 1 m from the crystal clear sea and 400 m from the center of town. The house was built in one of the most popular and most beautiful parts of the Adriatic coast - in Orebić, the town of sea captains, located on the Peljesac peninsula.

Villa Gracia is a beautiful, newly built mansion, situated right by the sea, with a private beach, loungers and a luxurious Mediterranean atmosphere. This villa also has a beautiful garden and a private swimming pool, providing a completely relaxing holiday. The Mediterranean garden combined with a view of the archipelago of the islands along the beautiful Peljesac channel and of the island of Korcula are truly breathtaking.

Villa Gracia has 3 parts: the ground floor, first floor and an additional Gracia Dream Suite.

Within the Villa Gracia, there are 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and it is suitable accommodation for 7 (+2) people.

The villa has an outdoor infinity pool with seawater.

The central part of the property outside of Villa Gracia is occupied by a spacious, covered stone terrace with outdoor dining furniture, where exceptional moments of your vacation are enriched by a glass of fine domestic wine and the soothing sound of sea waves. The special charm of the beautiful yard in Villa Gracia is created by the comfortable chairs and romantic swing. Villa Gracia also has an outdoor infinity pool with seawater, as well as an outdoor shower. This area also features an exclusive outdoor kitchen with a stone fireplace, where you will discover all the delicacies of the local cuisine. Enjoying local specialties near the lush Mediterranean garden is certainly a unique experience that will awake your taste buds.

On the ground floor of Villa Gracia, you will find a spacious living room with high ceilings and glass walls, abundant in luxurious comfort and lovingly decorated to the last detail in order to provide a beautiful, relaxing space. The living area is equipped with a large LCD SAT TV, a comfortable dining room with a table and chairs, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom with a shower.

From the living area, a hallway leads to a small sleeping oasis that consists of a queen bedroom with a private bathroom with a tub. The modernly designed and comfortable bedroom has a south-oriented terrace with a magnificent sea view. This bedroom offers an endless view reflecting the natural beauties of Orebić in the sunset, which is visible only in this region.

A marble staircase connects the living area to the first floor of Villa Gracia. 

On the first floor of the villa, there is a calm, relaxing area with two bedrooms.

One bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, and the view from its window reveals intoxicating beauty enriched by the sunshine and beautiful blue sea. The second bedroom on this floor includes a single bed. On this floor, you will also find a fully equipped bathroom with a shower. 

A spacious terrace with outdoor furniture provides a special place to relax and enjoy an amazing view of the sea and nearby islands. The terrace is an ideal place for enjoying your first morning coffee. This is also a great place for morning exercises.

An additional, separate residence of Villa Gracia is the exclusive Gracia Dream Suite. 

This suite includes a bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with a sofa (which can be converted into an additional bed for 2 children), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The Gracia Dream Suite offers a breathtaking view of the sea and relaxes all the senses.

Villa Gracia is located directly on the beach, and its beauty and simplicity of the Mediterranean reveal the uniqueness of a luxury vacation on the Adriatic coast.

Villa Gracia is fully air-conditioned, equipped with a fireplace, satellite LDC TV, HI-FI, DVD, Internet access, a kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker and cold water dispenser, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue and outdoor shower. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request, as well as extra beds. The villa also has secured private parking. In front of the villa, there is private mooring for a boat.
